Job Responsibilities
· Participate in Derivatives projects with key Financial Services
customers in application development/enhancement/product implementation and
functional testing projects.
· Perform business gathering, gap analysis, consensus building and
requirements documentation and approval.
· Create detailed functional specifications of the system
requirements to be used by the design and development team.
· Communicate, coordinate and assist with various development and
user teams (onsite and off shore) in different phases of Software
Development Life Cycle. Design and follow up on action-plans.
· Prepare test plans, test data and perform the functional testing
for validation of business requirements implementation.
· Anticipate issues and escalate to key internal and external
stakeholders.
Qualifications
MBA/CFA/MFM/CA. Engineering background is desirable, but not essential.
Experience
· Knowledge and exposure to *any trading system and
its*functionality and configuration is a
*mandatory* requirement
· Experience in MISYS SUMMIT or MARKITWIRE application is desired
but not mandatory
· The BA should have 5+ years of experience working in the financial
and capital markets industry, with minimum 3 years in derivatives (exposure
to business, operations & IT)
· Experience working in engagements in the Derivatives business
and/or operations with experience working with large consulting
organizations, selling consulting services in capital markets industry
· Good client presence and proven client relationship building
capability
· Experience with global delivery model for large implementation.
Skills
Strong verbal / written / presentation / facilitation / communication /
relationship building / social networking skills
Technical Skills (Desirable)
SQL Query, database concepts, understanding of different types of software
