*Role: Database Administrator Oracle 10g 11g DB2 *
*Duration: 6 Months + *
*Location: San Francisco, CA (Client will need an in person interview after
client’s initial phone interview)*
*Candidate will be required to :-*
- Install, configure, administer and manage DB2 9.x and Oracle 10g/11g
databases in Dev, QA, UAT,SIT, PROD and BCP environments
- Experience in DB2 Information Integrator, data migration across the envts
and SQL query tuning - Perform database Backups and Recovery, when needed
- Design, test, implement, maintain and control the organization's physical,
relational, and object-oriented databases across multiple platforms and
computing environments.
- Participate in the development of data architectures and database
management policies and standards for current and future applications.
- Participate in the planning, design and usage of data resources.
- Provide support to development team on infrastructure and DBA Support.
- May have to provide 24 X 7 on-call support
