Citibank is a major international bank which is a consumer banking arm
of financial services giant Citigroup. The services include Finance
options, International banking, and Capital market. The project is to
develop a Credit card Management System. The main purpose of the CCMS
is to provide company staff with a more faster, flexible and reliable
way of serving its customers.

Responsibilities:
•       Interacted with the stakeholders to get a better understanding of
client business process and gather business requirements based on
project scope.
•       Created business process workflow diagram in Rational Rose.
•       Derived Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) based on user
requirement Specification (URS).
•       Created business Use case Model after accessing the status and scope
of the project and understanding the business process.
