Developer III performs high complexity (i.e. system level applications)
analysis, design, development and unit testing of software applications from
user requirements and design documents. The candidate also resolves defects
encountered during various testing cycles. Candidate will provide
maintenance and break-fix support for the Loss Mitigation Valuation,
Proficio, and Broker
This position is for a senior J2EE and FLEX developer. This person would
need to come up to speed quickly on J2EE / FLEX applications and provide
on-going development support (technical analysis, design, and coding) for
application maintenance and enhancements.
Candidate will be working on a project to Streamline National Servicing
Organization's (NSO) credit loss mitigation efforts.
Day to day activities: Provide development support for production issues.
Perform technical analysis, design, and construction for application
enhancements.
*Must have’s:*
J2EE/Java development experience (high)
FLEX 2.5 or higher development experience (high)
PL/SQL (Oracle) development experience (high)
Experience with JBOSS application server (medium)
Experience with WebLogic application server (low)
*Like to have’s:*
Application deployment scripting using Ant
Continuous integration using Hudson
Job scheduling via Autosys
- Experience with Loss Mitigation Valuation, Surveillance, Broker
Recommendation Tool.
7-10 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience at Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac is desirable.
- Mortgage company or other financial institution a plus
