The person will be responsible for managing the deliverables of HCC projects and services within GS Data services group providing application design, development, implementation, testing and support. In this role, the person will be responsible for ensuring that the vendors providing the services are delivered per the SOW terms and conditions. The person will be responsible to ensure the improvement of overall delivery of services & cost to the Operating Companies. Additionally, the person will be working closely with the resource management and vendor teams to ensure that the Global Services organization delivers the services per the SOW terms and conditions This position reports to the GS Totality HCC Delivery Manager. *Project/Service Management Related* • Ensure delivery of HCC projects, support services to the Operating Company IT, meeting or exceeding the expectations set in the SOWs. • Work with the Global Services vendor teams and Operating Company IT to develop the SOWs for all the committed demand. • Provide oversight and directions for multiple BI projects/Programs. • Work with resource management team to ensure there capacity to be able to fulfill the demand. • Work with resource, operations and vendor organization to ensure the capacity is fully allocated and utilized. • Work with resource, operations and vendor organization teams to drive continuous improvements to the cost of delivery and performance metrics. • Act as first level escalation point for the delivery issues and be available for IT partners. • Manage the service levels for the support engagements • Ability to oversee multiple project PMs and consolidate status/impacts, as well as be the actual PM on individual projects. • Will oversee Totality’s operations managed service, for SLA metrics and satisfaction. *Communications & Reporting* • Provide regular, frequent and detail-appropriate reports back to Operating Company leadership team, all levels of management and staff about the current status of delivery, delivery strategies, vendor performance, and industry trends • Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with Stakeholders. *Overall:* - Candidate needs strong Project management skills. - Developing and Maintaining Relationships with various stakeholders. - Able to work with a complex customer with multiple stakeholders. - Excellent written and communication skill Ideal candidate would be familiar already with J&J SDLC, SOW, and Delivery process, but this is not required.
