*Qualifications:*
- Expertise with a performance testing tool (VSTS preferred but will
consider LoadRunner, Jmeter, OpenLoad, OpenSTA)
- Experience with performance related metrics, counters and utilities
(Perfmon, SQL Profiler, HTTPAnalyzer, Fiddler,Netmon, etc.)
- Good SQL DB/scripting/designing knowledge
- Development experience in at least one programming language (C#, Java,
etc.)
- Good understanding of multi-tier applications (Load Balancer,
Replication, etc.)
- Skilled Performance Analysis and Presentation (test strategy
development, interpreting data and reporting results)
