NET Developer for SQL Migration Project
Description:
Our client needs to move roughly 200 applications (ASP, IIS, DTS
and .Net) off of 32 SQL 2000 databases and onto SQL 2008 R2 The client
is looking for a consultant who can migrate from 2000 to 2008
There are 3 servers
1) Internal website
2) On-line (client)
3) DPS (data processing server)
There is one data warehouse (SQL 2000) with about 30 applications as
well
Client would like us to migrate, test and deploy. existing apps are
primarily web services (IIS, DTS, classic ASP and minimal .Net. They
will not require much system documentation and they want the work
complete in 2011.
Skills Needed:
ASP.NET
C#
Ideally experience migrating to newer databases SQL 2000 to 2008
Location Milwaukee , WI for 6 month
Rate: open
Local to Milwaukee, WI or Chicago,
