- Minimum 4 years of performance testing experience using automatic
testing tool HP/Mercury Load Runner Web protocol, Web Services protocol, DB
protocol, and Web 2.0 protocol. Experience with Silk Performer, NeoLoad, or
HP Quick Test Professional is a bonus.
- In depth knowledge and working experience with the following
Application servers and DB’s: .Net, Weblogic, Websphere, Oracle, and MS SQL.
- knowledge with the following reporting and monitoring tools: WebTrend,
Quest, eG, HP SiteScope, and HP Diagnostics is a bonus.
- Experience in development preferred.
- Create and maintain testing scenario using scripts and steps
articulated in the Test plans. You will be working with the following
LoadRunner protocol
- Web protocol script
- Web Services script
- DB protocol script
- AJAX script
- Execute and monitor test
- Set up and maintain LoadRunner scenario
- Create and maintain monitoring profiles in LoadRunner, Diagnostics,
SiteScope, Quest, perfmon, and UNIX
- Set up and maintain simulator
- Able to monitor the application log and, if necessary, stop and
start servers (IIS, iPlanet, Apache), .Net applications, J2EE
applications
(Weblogic, Websphere)
- Analyze test results to determine the proper course of action
- Correlation of the LoadRunner testing result with monitoring results
from various monitoring profile
- Articulate problems and lead technical team to conduct root cause
analysis and resolve performance issues
- Profiling .NET and J2EE applications with HP Diagnostics
Publish formal test results
