*Required Skills:*
-Must have 10+ years experience
-Business Analysis, Telecommunications,* Genesys* Framework preferred,
though thorough understanding of Computer Telephony Integration with *Cisco
ICM* or equivalent is acceptable.
-IP Telephony, Network Services, Carrier Routing, *Contact
Center*Infrastructure Integration, Software Development Lifecycle,
Change
Management, Project Management,
-The ideal candidate acts as a liaison between client area and technical
organization by planning, conducting and directing the analysis of complex
business strategies and enhancements to be solved with existing and new
contact center technologies.
-Analyst will work with business contacts to define and document business
and functional requirements for contact center CTI solutions.
-Applied knowledge of Genesys, Aspect, Cisco ICM platforms will be critical
in shepherding projects through the development life-cycle.
-The analyst will work closely with development, quality assurance and
production support, managing SDLC touch points between all groups.
-The candidate must have working knowledge of Business Analysis and Project
Management methodologies.
-The analyst must have a thorough understanding of contact center
disciplines, industry trends, business !
