SAS Programmer LOCATION: This individual will be required to site on-site 100% of the time in Farmington Hills, MI. Duration: 6+ Months With possibility of going Fulltime Candidates should be able to work on W2/1099. Job Description: This individual will be operating within the credit risk management team and support the daily operations. This will ideally be an individual with 2-5 years of experience looking to further develop their skills while still having a good understanding of SAS Programming. This manager would like an individual that can come in and hit the ground running. On a day to day basis this individual will be doing the following: -Run existing daily SAS jobs -Run existing weekly/Monthly SAS jobs -Transferring data into excel and manipulating/reformatting as necessary -Analyze, monitor, and report performance related to collection strategies -Gather and evaluate delinquency and loss experience data, FICO refresh data, and extension data related to multiple risk segments -Ad hoc portfolio analysis and reporting using SAS and Microsoft Office -Review and analyze performance of Strata software -Review and improve documentation related to SAS jobs and other department tasks MUST HAVE SKILLS: -2-5 years of SAS Programming experience -Experience creating and editing MACROS -5 years of experience with Microsoft Excel & Access -Experience with pivot tables -Experience with nested 'if' statements within Excel -Ability to think critically and demonstrate a good technical ability and understanding -Ability to seek out clarification to ensure work is completed correctly NICE TO HAVE -Bachelor's Degree -Previous Financial/Banking experience as SAS Programmer NOTE: Please ensure the RTR is uploaded with your submittal. **Please note, this manager will be conducting interviews on Monday October 31st.
