Location: Knoxville, TN Duration: 1+ year Develops solutions in support of Business Intelligence and Enterprise Information Management architecture, technology, policy and information standardization and globalization. Participates in identification, development and implementation of enterprise master data management strategies and processes. Experienced position that requires a Bachelors or Masters degree and 5-8 years of experience. Data Services Payroll/HR Software Web Servies Data migrations -BusinessObjects Data Services Architect with strong Data Migration experience - Ability to work independently with the functional team to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions - Assist data extraction and data transformation teams with data mapping, technical mapping and transformation rules Required Technical Skill - 5 - 8 years of experience with Data Extraction, Transformation, and Load (ETL) processes as well as Data Migration methodologies - At least 2 years of work experience in BusinessObjects Data Integrator or Data Services platforms - Knowledge of Data Quality concepts and familiarity with setting up Data Cleanse, Address Cleanse and Match processes - Understanding of extracting data from SAP R3 and BW (not necessarily required) environments - Excellent knowledge of current releases of SAP BO Data Services XI DS - Experience using Data Services Designer to build dataflows and configure transforms such as Query and Validation. - Experience in areas of setting up of error handling, audit and scripting. - Strong RDBMS and SQL skills with ability to write complex SQL statements - Worked on various sources like, flat files, RDBMS, XML, xls, csv etc - XML foundational skillset including: XSLT, DTD, XML Schemas, UDDI, WSDL, and SOAP (in particular, a skillset where this is used within BOBJ IM) - Secure Data Transfer skillset including: sFTP and PGP/GPG encryption Daily tasks will included using the K-C Agile Methodology to deliver specific tasks required to complete system integrations both to and from the Workday SAAS system and other systems (SAP HR, Country specific Payroll Systems). These daily tasks will include defining requirements and documenting each system integration design. Construction and Implementation activities will include the use of Workday provided tools (Common Payroll Interface, Employee Connector) and SAP BOBJ IM.
