Blueprinting Phase Help answering technical questions / queries from the
functional team Prepare and finalize templates for maintaining RICEF list,
technical specs Help functional team in preparing RICEF list Realization
Phase Technical specs preparation RIDEF development based on the priority
Unit testing of each RICEF object Fixing bugs noticed in the unit testing
Go-live Preparation (Testing) RICEF Development for remaining lower priority
objects Help in making sure that Integration testing is successful Fixing
RICEF objects based on Integration testing and User Acceptance Testing
outcome Give inputs in preparing cut-over plan Conducting mock runs for data
conversion Knowledge transfer to resources Cut-over Finalize cut-over plan
Jointly execute cut-over activities.
