Title: Work flow BA
Location: Hartboro, PA
Duration: 6+ Months
Here is the requirements for this job
1. Analyze and document complex business processes
2. Typically experienced across two Information Technology areas or in a
single system / applications software development technology across
multiple computing platforms.
3. Experience of workflow systems in insurance environment
4. The person is responsible for documenting current workflow, analyzing
the impact of workflow Solutions(any BPM) to the existing model and to make
recommendations on how their workflow will change to improve the efficiency
of the current system
5. Should have a working knowledge of exposing and consuming web
services and implementing web service clients, WSDL concepts and SOAP
protocols
6. Demonstrated proficiency generating technical analysis/design
documentation as well as associated flow diagrams, Process Decomposition
Diagrams and use cases necessary to create the solutions.
7. Ability to create draft UI and wireframes
8. Ability to create data models
9. Experience managing the requirements scope, identifying scope change
and identifying system impacts, including external systems
