· A leading mobile technology company has an immediate need for
multiple Senior Network Engineers to assist with a data center
relocation/spin!! This is a long term contract (6+ months) with the
possibility of a contract extension and conversion.
*Responsibilities*:
· Provide data center production support (mostly design,
documentation and configuration) for large data centers which includes
Cisco routers/switches, Juniper switches/firewalls, and F5 load balancers
*Qualifications*:
· Experienced IT professional with 8+ years overall experience and
minimum of 5 years as a Senior Network Engineer in an enterprise Data Center
· Must have experience working with Cisco router/switches, Nexus
7K/5K, decommission 6509s, 3750s, 4814Gs, Juniper switch MX960,
EX8200/4200, Juniper firewalls SSG/SRX 5800, decommission Netscreens 5200
· Must have extensive F5 load balancing experience (F5: Viprion,
8400, 8900 platforms, L4-L7 application load balancing)
· · Experience in pre-sales technical support working with
salespeople (2 years minimum)
· Knowledge of IP network protocols like BGP, OSPF, and RIP
· Network security experience with IPSEC, VPN, SSL VPN, Data
Acceleration and optimization
· Experience configuring and/or administering firewalls (1 year
minimum)
· Proficiency in MLPS, MPLS VPN, WLAN, Frame Relay, and ATM
networking
· Experience analyzing and developing LAN/WAN network designs (2
years minimum)
