COGNOS ADMIN:
The responsibilities of the *Cognos Administrator* will include:
*· **Supporting ongoing production maintenance for automated time
keeping system***
*· **Installing, maintaining, and configuring Cognos Application
server.*
*· **Monitoring and performance tuning various applications
utilizing Cognos*
*Required Skills & Experience*
*· **Cognos infrastructure***
*· **Database Integration*
*· **Tuning and configuring Cognos Servers*
*· **Development and deployment of Cognos reports*
*· **Cognos application 8 and higher*
*· **Oracle*
*· **IBM DB2/UDB*
*· **Multiple operating systems (e.g., AIX, Solaris, Windows,
z/OS, etc.)*
*· **Networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, SSL, etc.)*
*· **Identifying and escalating risks uncovered during testing and
suggesting remediation actions*
*· **Coordinating test and rollout schedules with other
Infrastructure teams*
