Location: Georgetown, KY Duration: 6 Months+ Skills: - ANSI C, C++ - Java - Socket Programming - Redhat Linux / HP-UNIX - BASH Shell Scripting - PostgreSQL (A Plus But Not Required), PL/SQL - Oracle - Mainframe skills (JCL, JOBTRAC, ENDEVOR) a plus This position will support the testing, development and implementation of client’s new global production tracking system. Knowledge of the entire software development life cycle is a must. The ability to work in a team environment and independently while still meeting targets is important. Writes, compiles, modifies application code and provides Level 5 application support for production environments. Develops and/or acquires test data and runs tests to determine the accuracy of program logic to produce desired results; debugs and revises programs based on test results.
