Duration: 6 month +
Rate – Market
· Ability to go it alone on a project, learning the ins and outs of
the source database with little assistance
· Strong understanding of structured query language (SQL)
· Provide out of the box ideas for handling data from multiple
companies with different data definitions
· Strong writing skills necessary to provide rich comments in the
modeled structures
· Work well with dimensional model ring team focusing on continual
improvement of the models, modeling team processes, and overall skill level
· Interpersonal skills necessary to work across different teams
with different personalities focused on customer service and producing an
optimal solution
· Advanced knowledge of both Oracle and SQL server environments
· Implement index and partitioning strategies to optimize query
performance
· Visual Basic skills in order to automate processes within
Embarcadero ER/Studio
· Experience with Embarcadero ER/Studio or ERWIN modeling software
· Experience working in an agile data warehouse environment is a
plus
· Education industry experience is preferred
