Batch Operations Support Consultant needed – we do on-call support
once every 6 weeks
The Enterprise Production Support role is a technical position with
primary accountability for scheduling and supporting the Enterprise
Batch Schedule.
The role will be accountable for all production support of, but not
limited to: Schedule design and analysis, performance analytics,
production and pre-production monitoring, evening and weekend on-call
triage, reporting, coordination with other teams and individuals
supporting enterprise processing, and pre-production execution and
support.
This person must be highly analytical.
-Must be fluent in batch scheduling paradigms.
-Will monitor test cycles
-Triage batch schedules incidents in production and pre-production
environment
-Will work with HP Vendor for support issues and resolution.
-Informatica ETL experience.
- Inforamtica Administration
- MVS
- UNIX
-Auto-sys
-Mainframe background not necessary.
