*Team Lead role* - We need a strong resource for *Team Lead position*. The
person should have strong communication skills. Should have strong
experience in *Back end testing (KEY)* and Front end testing. Should have *good
experience in POS testing* (even if it is less its fine, should be able to
catch up soon).

Back end testing experience
1. Strong experience in *Data base back end testing *- *Able to write SQL
queries for testing purpose*
2. Good experience in *POS testing *at merchant stores for Button press and
*promotional Transactions *using *different tender types *as part of *Retail
business *
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including *requirements
analysis and basic application architecture knowledge*
5. Able to create* test plan, test strategy , risk management documents and
having good knowledge on different test methodologies*
6. Strong experience in communicating with different vendors
7. Experience in *Mainframes is a plus*
