Experience on *Tivoli Storage Manager*, administering TSM instances running
on a RedHat Linux platform; Providing backup support services for *Windows,
Linux and Unix host systems*.
In an *IBM Z/OS mainframe environment*, support *SMS, HSM *and* RMM* with a
robotic *native tape library and VTS*, provide user support and on-call
support for batch processing.
On the *Storage Area Network, administer SAN zone configurations* in a two
switch fabric with four *IBM storage arrays, provision storage,
investigate*and correct issues. On the NAS, provision CIFS and NFS
shares with SIS
de-duplication and define snapshot schedules.
Overall duties will include identifying and resolving software and hardware
issues within the scope of *data storage and backup*, maintaining remote
global mirroring solutions, planning and executing firmware updates and
participation in Disaster Recovery exercises.
