Job Title: SAP Architect (BI/BW) 6-12 Months Work Location: US-FL-Ft. Lauderdale # Positions: 1 Position Description/Responsibilities: JOB DESCRIPTION FORM Title: Group Architect, SAP BI/BW Position Summary This position reports directly to the global head of SAP Practice at Citrix Systems Inc. Manages a team of IT professionals and establishes technology roadmaps, standards and lifecycle management for all SAP BI related applications. This individual should have grown through the ranks as a BW developer and Architect and has the vision, expertise and hands-on skills needed to guide the delivery of SAP BW solutions at Citrix. The ideal candidate needs to have at least 10 years of IT experience with eight solid years working with BW in both an implementation and support role within publicly held companies. Primary Duties / Responsibilities Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead the team of senior developers, architects and systems analysts responsible for SAP BW/ BO app delivery Provide solutions that incorporate standard SAP functionality and industry best practices Work with SAP BASIS/Infrastructure team to ensure optimal BW Performance and stability Establish and maintain effective working relationships with business contacts, IT departments, and vendors Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Relationship Managers to elicit requirements, set priorities, build consensus, and guide the technical delivery of solutions 24/7 on-call availability and flexible for possible work over the weekends. Functional review, design and development of major and minor SAP BW releases Technical design for business intelligence data interfaces flowing IN and OUT of SAP environments. Provide timely and effective level three production support for SAP BW/BO and other integrated tools Play key techno-functional role in the testing and implementation of software upgrades. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and groups from diverse backgrounds. Coordinate and support QA and UAT for enhancements and productions fixes. Escalate issues to management as appropriate. Provide support for SAP Business Objects and SAP Business Process Consolidations (BPC) Qualifications (include knowledge, skills, abilities, and related work experience) At least 10 years of IT experience to include 8 years experience leading SAP BW projects. 5 years SAP BI architecture experience in a global company using SAP R/3 (FICO, SD/MM, HCM, SRM) Experience with intercompany accounting and multiple currencies in global SAP environments. Experience configuring and working with the new General Ledger and familiarity with the International Financial Reporting Standards in SAP ECC 6.0 Must have experience convincing business leaders and peers about the proper use of standard SAP functionality and business process flows. Ability to handle ambiguous situations and work with individuals with conflicting viewpoints. Experience working directly with SAP functional and technical developers, as well as technical architecture and infrastructure teams. Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills and attention to detail. Functional/Technical Requirements (include education, certifications, and training) Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science, Finance or Business Administration MBA degree or CPA preferred Certified SAP BW consultant a plus ITIL certification a plus Thanks and Regards..!!
