Location : Vacaville, CA* *Duration: Contract* *Assigned Project Tasks* · Technical Lead with Specialized Knowledge of McAfee e-Policy Orchestrator to manage all internal users. · Technical Lead with Specialized Knowledge for on-going Anti-Virus Administration. · Technical Lead with Specialized Knowledge for on-going Anti-Spam and Content Filtering. · Resource for the Windows Network Security Bulletins and Updates. · Subject matter expert for computer virus and Malware defense, spam defense, System compliance, rogue system and network detection, host intrusion prevention, and relative incident response. · Tier 2 and tier 3 technical support for virus, Malware, and spam defenses and incident response. · Analysis of system design problems and suggest alternative designs/solutions. · Develop applicable documentation and project plans with detailed tasks as requested by the manager · Document the work effectively with process flow diagrams · Work with the users, applications support and interact with other team members in problem resolution · Knowledge-transfer and training of State Fund employees Resource Skills, Knowledge & Abilities · Consultant resource should possess knowledge on the following specialized security technical skills: · Administering and implementing Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, and Content Filtering software and technologies. · Diagnosing and repairing production, development and testing systems’ issues relates to viruses, spam, Malware, system compliance, rogue systems and implementing safeguards for preventing these threats. · Extensive experience and knowledge of all Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Exchange and email delivery for Internet, Microsoft Windows Internet Information Services (IIS),l web publishing software and technologies such as FrontPage, HTML, ASP, and Java. · Intermediate to advanced networking experience and troubleshooting knowledge. · Good communication, technical writing, customer service skills, and Information Systems security. · Extensive knowledge of and proven experience with data processing systems, and methods of developing, testing and moving solutions to implementation. · Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) * * *Consultant Project and Contractual Management Responsibilities:* · Consultant will provide ongoing project and contractual management for the Consultant responsibilities in this SOW. · The purpose of this activity is to provide technical direction and control of Consultant project personnel, and to provide a framework for project planning, communications, reporting, procedural and contractual activity. *This activity is composed of the following tasks:* · Review the SOW and the contractual responsibilities of both parties with the Client Project Manager. · Additional Resource Requirements Consultant shall ensure that all resources assigned to the project have the education, training and experience necessary to render the services in a competent and efficient manner. *The Consultant shall possess most of the following qualifications:* · Ability to work collaboratively with other support team members and independently Cisco Ironport Encryption Appliance (IEA). *Working knowledge of these IBM mainframe applications/resources:* Basic RACF Administration and troubleshooting (Userid, Group and Dataset Profiles) · TSO · JCL · REXX *Working knowledge of IBM Tivoli Access Manager (TAM) V6+, IBM Tivoli Identity Manager (TIM)* · Webseals · ITDI · X509 · Kerberos/SPNEGO · Competent knowledge of IBM LDAP. *Core
