Description:
This position will be working as part of the Financial Security
Platform program group for the client connect project. Part of this
role will be working with the CCV (Consolidated Client View) and
refining this with a new NM tool used by policy holders.
The primary functions of this role will involve website development in
both the backend and front end UI development. This group utilizes the
Agile Development Methodology with 2 week sprints. Ability to
communicate will be critical for this position. Communication with
testing department and development pairing will be frequent.
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or
related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work
experience.
• Minimum 2 years of web or application development experience in C#
and ASP.NET.
• Minimum 2 years of development with HTML, JAVASCRIPT and CSS
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to logically analyze and
creatively solve complex issues independently.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written to
multiple levels of the organization.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and
internal information.
Optional/Preferred:
• Experience developing with JAVA and J2EE
• Experience developing with SharePoint.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
