*Minimum Job Qualifications*
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in voice and data network engineering
and administration and performance tuning
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Demonstration as a self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, dynamic,
team-oriented environment
Ability to analyze and resolve complex network issues
Evidence of practical experience in managing, monitoring, tuning and
supporting voice and data networks on large systems providing high
availability services and meeting stringent SLAs
Evidence of practical experience in managing internal and external network
security
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and work with multiple organizations,
handle multiple projects and deadlines and maintain focus on high priority
tasks
Evidence of practical experience in planning and implementing upgrades and
patches for production networking systems with minimum downtime
Experience with F5 Big-IP, Cisco ASA firewall, VPN B2B tunnels, routing
protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), Pvlan switching and security
Certifications, Professional Licenses or other Credentials
Any/all of the following certifications will be considered a strong plus:
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
