This is Jasleen from Maxonic Milestone Management. We are a staffing
company based in SF Bay Area.
We currently have an immediate requirement for a SAP CRM in Mountain
View, CA. This is a 4-6 months contract position.
Responsibilities include:
• Provide Senior-level SAP consultant experience in the SAP CRM mainly
in the RMA and associated processes
• Translate functional requirements into system specifications
• Configure system to replicate the required business processes
• Identify risks and issues and develop appropriate risk mitigation
and issue escalation process
• Manage client expectations
• Implement SAP best practice configuration to match with Synopsys process
• Develop Functional Design documents
Skills required include:
• CRM returns and service integration with ECC
• SAP Serialization concepts at BOM levels
• Warranty
• CRM based service requests to include ECC processing
• Case generation, tracking, and reporting (Metric (time) based KPI’s)
• Streamlining, automating backend processes from CRM
• Cross functional skills
• Strong understanding of classification and incorporation into CRM
• Experience designing and improving business process and controls
with deep business process re-engineering experience
Additional information:
• Interview requirements: In-person required after Phone screen
