*Title : Telecomm Engineer/VOIP Engineer*

*Location: Tempe, AZ*

*Duration : 12+ Months ( Long term )*



Task Description:  Responsibilities provided by this team will include -

    - Day 2 Provisioning telephony devices (ex. move phones, voice mail
boxes, etc.)

    - Initial provisioning of infrastructure for new office (phone
provisioning for initial site build)

    - Perform Post Implementation Verification (PIV) prior to turnover to
Operations

    - Perform required Change to voice mail Application Management Tools

    - Update relevant documentation

    - Reconfigure lost phone and voice mail data as a result of outage or
back up failure

    - Native configure of CUCM / CUC / CVP / ICM appliances including
urgent restorations



CRITICAL TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: The individual in this position is
required to have the following experience/skills:

• Experience with configurations, provisioning, and troubleshooting
telephony devices.

• Demonstrated knowledge of telephony systems, applications and networks
utilized by our enterprise, including:

        - Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)

        - Cisco Unified Connections (CUC)

        - Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM)

        - Telephony network (LEC, IXC, etc)

        - Data networks

        - Update relevant documentation (topology diagrams, rack profiles,
etc)

• Demonstrated knowledge of Service Management processes and tools.

• Experience desired, but not required with the following tools

        - Exony VIM

        - Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM)

        - HP Service Manager

• Strong Cisco background. Cisco certification are recommended but not
required.

• Ability to perform complex troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose, and
correct telephony related provisioning problems
