*Role: Test Lead - *
- Needs experience in leading QA teams
- Must have some experience with Compliance standards such as Dodd Frank
and/or Basil II.
- Performs Test Estimation, Test Planning, Implementation and Review
Quality Assurance activities in the project
- Creation of test cases ,execution and reporting when required
- Validates (test execution, defect detection and test results
reporting) that the software performs according to requirements
- Follow the BTMU Quality Process and Procedures designed for the DFA
project
- Leads test execution teams
- Assists with BTMU reviews and status reporting
- Reviews and audits products and process artifacts to ensure adequate
level of quality
- Collects metrics, analyze defect trends, conduct root cause analysis
by working with project teams
- Identifies Quality Assurance related risks and mitigation plans and
assist project leaders in solving QA issues
- Facilitates configuration control and change control

*Sr. Test Analyst*
- Must have experience in the Financial Banking industry. Must be a very
good communicator
- Analyzes product test requirements and assist development of test plans
- Consults with BTMU and project team and understand the BTMU business &
project requirements, test plan & test cases, standards, guidelines &
process documents
- Designs test plans and test cases based on BTMU requirement
- Conducts testing on all software products for applicable OS platforms
utilizing systems analysis techniques and procedures
- Tests the application and replicate defects so that any errors can be
identified and corrected
- Directs the documentation of test cases and test plans
- Collects metrics, analyzes defect trends, performs root cause analysis
by working with project teams
- Reviews, Audits and documents feedback on work products and to ensure
adequate level of quality

*Test Analyst*
- Develops and maintains SQA plans and test plans to test the accuracy
and stability of software applications
- Prepares test plans and test case documents based on documented
requirements and consultation interviews with project team and/or BTMU
- Validates the application and replicates defects so that any errors
can be identified and corrected
- Performs test execution, defect detection and test results reporting
- Analyzes defects against the software being developed to understand
patterns and establish insight for developer team
- Documents test results as per the standards
- Coordinates testing requirements with developers and the project team
- Provides testing related metrics
- Reviews and provides feedback on test cases created by other team
members
- Performs analysis of test results and updates the status of the
project test effort on a weekly basis
