Daily Activities / Responsibilities
Candidate will create/modify Queries, Functions, and Stored Procedures
against a SQL Server database using T-SQL for an application written using
C#.NET & Telerik that is utilizing Java web services.
Candidate will act as Technical Lead and co-ordinate with .Net & web
services developers setting technical direction and solution path.
Candidate will work with the development team to correct defects reported
during testing phase.
Candidate will partner with server administrators to support deployment of
application.
Candidate will also interface directly with the Project Manager on a daily
basis and giving status updates and setting expectations for technical
deliveries.
Candidate will work closely with the business associates to demonstrate the
functionality of the application and troubleshoot reported issues.
Technical Skills
Developer with strong experience writing Queries, Functions, and Stored
Procedures in SQL Server 2008 R2 using T-SQL is Mandatory.
skills using Visual Studio 2010 are Mandatory
Solid oral & written communication skills are Essential.
Experience with Java web services, C#.NET, and Telerik are desired.
Knowledge of Health care industry is a plus, especially the CMS Medicare
business
