6 month contract*
*Must-haves*
- 1-2 years’ experience implementing/configuring DQM with CRM or SRM or
ECC.
- Experience setting up a data quality environment in a CRM system with
primary focus on keeping Account and Contact data clean
- Experience in configure Data Quality Management frameset in CRM 7.0 to do
integrated Duplicate Check, External Postal Validation, External Duplicate
Check or External Contend
Validation.
- Familiarity with SAP CRM Account, Contact, Product, and Org Structure
- Design and Configuration of data unloads and loads leveraging associated
tools (SQL, LSMW, ELM, Informatica, etc.)
- Experience with SAP CRM Report Design and Development a plus:
- Interactive Reporting (OLTP);
- End User and CRM Admin Dashboards;
- BI/BW - Experience with SAP BI/BW reporting environment and reports.
*Role*
- The primary responsibility is to setup a Business Objects DQM (Data
Quality Management) tool for use in pro-active (inline) and reactive data
(batch or user initiated) quality management in the SAP CRM environment.
- As a primary requirement, the candidate should have experience with
setting up and configuring the Business Objects Data Quality Manager (DQM)
tool in the SAP CRM environment.
