*Note:* Shortlisted Candidature expected to produce all relevant supporting

*Storage Administrator: (EMC is a must skill)*****
Key Requirements:****
Experienced in SAN storage support, configuration, troubleshooting, project
management, performance and capacity analysis, and process documentation
among various storage and SAN switch platforms. ****

Provides expertise on****
a) Primary focus: Cisco/Brocade SAN switches, EMC Clariion, Centerra,
Celerra, DMX/Symmetrix, SRDF, Time finder and vendor storage management
tools such as EMC Control Center, Navisphere****
****
b) Secondary: volume management, clustering, local & remote replications,
project management, and process workflow.****
****
c) Other: OS knowledge –Solaris, Windows, Linux; RAC clusters, VMware and
Solaris virtualization, Hitatchi USPv, IBM XIV, Hitachi HiCommand.****

· Clear understanding of storage concepts, RAID layout, Storage and SAN
technologies****
· Provide support for complex design and implementation requests****
· Monitoring the performance and health of the storage environment.
Identify performance issues and work to resolution. ****
· Respond to incident tickets communicated via pager, phone call, or
ticketing tool and work to resolution. On call support.****
· Problem management of storage problems including detailed root cause
analysis and corrective actions****
· Change management planning and implementation****
· Implementation of new environments specifically within the scope of
storage related activities****
· Participate and/or manage server and storage migration projects****
· Good Communication and documentation skills****

Job Description of : EMC Storage:
**Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience and at least 4 to 5Yrs
in supporting customer on storage administration area.****
- Administration & implementation knowledge on EMC Storage and SRDF
Replication/Mirror View.****
- Possess in-depth knowledge and experience using EMCVMAX, VNX, Celera,
Replication technologies and Migration services of SAN infrastructure.***

- Good knowledge on multi pathing administration of UNIX, Linux (RHEL),
Windows, HP OS.****
- Good working knowledge on storage virtualization.****
- Expert skills in Storage Performance fine tuning, Availability,
Reporting and Capacity Management.****
- Able to handle and troubleshoot hardware issues on Storage Environment
and co-ordinate with multiple team as a single point of contact.****
- Posses good working knowledge of storage analysis, testing, POC,
system software, ability to provide root cause analysis to the customer**

- Should be EMC Storage certified Professional****
- Administration & Troubleshooting skills on Ionix ControlCenter,
Performance manager, Storage Scope****
- Management****
- Should have a very good understanding of ITIL process. Preferably ITIL
foundation certified****
