*Job Title : Java Project Lead
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 7+ Months*
*Job Description:*
The Project Lead/Coordinator will work with the Business and IT across the
HCSC Locations to gather and discuss requirements
The Project Lead/Coordinator translates the needs to requirements/design
with guidance from onsite SMEs and manages the work with the offsite
resources.
Team Lead will need to have P4 level experienced with project dynamics and
remote team leadership. Project Co-ordination, Task Management, SDLC, Agile
- Scrum, Knowledgeable in Java, MS SQL
*Required Soft Skills:*
Full SDLC experience with exposure to different development methodology
Effective written and verbal communication skills along with analytical
ability
Highly experienced with trouble shooting and project solving skills
Highly adaptable
Flexible on working shift and working with remote teams
Business Knowledge
Healthcare Insurance Small Group and Large Group business (Marketing,
UnderWriting, Actuarial) knowledge including Quoting, Rating, Enrollment,
Renewals and etc.
*Additional Information:*
This person must have SOLID Communication skills - a seasoned leader that
is providing technical direction and design in the delivery of complex web
solutions.
Must have Impeccable communication skills.
