*Job Title: Lead Java Developer
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Duration: 6+Months contract*
Minimum Qualifications:
BS degree, preferably in a Computer Science or related fields
Previous experience mentoring Senior Software engineers and able to
effectively delegate development assignments to others
6+ years java servlet technology
5+ years development against enterprise web application server
5+ years object oriented design and analysis and ability to design with UML
5+ years Experience with high volume transactional web sites
3+ years Struts, Spring MVC, or other MVC architecture
2+ years leading technical initiatives
Extensive experience with change management and code deployment
methodologies
Extensive experience leading code and functionality reviews
Familiarity with Unix
Experience connecting to or developing web services
Experience managing the development of simultaneous initiatives/projects
Strong verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills with both
technical & non-technical audiences.
Experience with ecommerce software applications desired
Tiles experience a plus
