We are looking for several consultants to help support our client’s
migration from Lombardi Teamwork’s to the current IBM BPM application.
The consultants will be needed to;
• Assist in the scheduling, alignment logistics planning,
estimating and project validation required by the IBM resources that will
be under clients direction
• Assist in importing into IBM BPM 8.X the current Lombardi
Teamworks 6 Library of artifacts
• Assist in the development of and refactoring if applicable
of the migration execution plan
• Assist in the development of a persistence plan.
• Assist in the Migration and Implementation of the items
outlined in the Applicable Assessment
• Assist in the Development and Execution of the Migration and
Implementation of the Application inclusive of quality and performance
validation as required.
• Assist in the design and development of the Target
Architecture and topology
• Modify or customize in-flight data migration tool/scripts
that are used to move in-flight data during the migration to the new
environment.
• Assist in the Inventory of API’s, refactor BPM code and
consolidate services
• Build deployment scripts and application guides
• Create a BPD code promotion method to UAT/Production.
• Review the Event Manager code for migration
• Replace MQ JMS, Update MQ Configurations and migration the
UCA Sender connector.
