SAN Backup Engineer

6 months +
4 + years’ experience with HP servers
Experience with HP Blade Servers
Know and experience with Backup tools i.e., Legato a must
Experience with Encryption and key management
Experience with EMC DMX
Windows 2003 and 2008 Server experience including DNS,WINS, and DHCP
Experience with Sharepoint a plus
Experience working in an Enterprise corporate datacenter environment
Experience with Wintel server backup products
Experience with IBM LT0-4 tape libraries/drives a plus
VMWare ESX Experience a plus
UNIX and AIX Experience a plus
Very Good documentation skills
Strong understanding of network topologies related to server infrastructure
Certification a plus
On call rotation required
Technical:
Extensive working experience in Large Enterprise environments
Extensive working experience with project based solutions for our client
community.
Extensive working experience in administering, engineering, designing
Backup services.
