SharePoint Migration Resource’s Role/Responsibilities:

*The primary duties for this position include but are not limited to:*
• Must be experienced in SharePoint Upgrades and Migrations
• Responsible for all migration planning, staging and execution
support
• “Ramp up” quickly to identify tasks needed and understand
current systems
• Provide test and verification of upgrade and migration steps
• Provide excellent guidance to the production team and business
owner
• Execute steps necessary for a smooth upgrade and system
transition
• Identify and document steps for production team to execute
• Be available and able to support process and scope of project
• Demonstrate high level of delivery detail and quality
*Qualifications:*
The candidate must possess strong knowledge of SharePoint Upgrades and
Migrations
The candidate should have a solid understanding of:
• Experience with SharePoint Migrations
• SharePoint Administration
• SharePoint Development
• Web Parts and XSLT
The candidate should also have a working knowledge of:
• SharePoint 2007, 2010
• Web Based Technologies (HTML, Javascript, XML, XSLT)
• SharePoint Solutions and Features
• Content Types
• Site Columns
• SPD WorkFlows
• .NET development
