Location : BEAVERTON, OREGON

BSA/Service Delivery Manager needed for HR production support team.
Resource will have responsibilities in process management and improvements,
coordinate work and communications between technical support teams and
business teams, manage production support incidents and communicate to IT
support and leadership teams as well as provide updates to business
stakeholders on issue resolution.
Typical Office: **
· This is a typical office job, with no special physical
requirements or unusual work environment.
· HR functional and SAP HR technical experience is valuable but not
required
· Must be a strong communicator, problem solver and able to remain
calm under pressure
· Able to manage multiple, competing priorities
· Able to summarize complex issues/situations succinctly for both
technical and functional/business stakeholders
· Able to analyze information, ask questions and drive for clarity
in ambiguous circumstances
· Must be self-motivated and able to drive work to completion with
minimal direction or supervision
· Must be able to identify and appropriately escalate issues and
obstacles to leadership
Qualifications:**
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years directly
relevant work experience
Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3
yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs.
