We currently have an immediate requirement for a Fixed Asset Business
Analsyt – SAP in *Sunnyvale, CA*. This is a *1 year CONTRACT * position.



Responsibilities include:

The Fixed Assets Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for implementing SAP
Fixed Assets globally.  The Fixed Assets BA will establish key measurements
and set targets to measure process effectiveness and efficiency.  The Fixed
Assets BA will partner with the business team, IT and the Shared Services
operational teams to to deliver the SAP solution.  The Fixed Assets BA will
gether business requirements, educate the business team about SAP Fixed
Assets, work with other teams on the project to design end-to-end
processes, create and update process documents, guide the IT team on
configuring the system, test the system, manage conversions, prepare
training documentation and assist the business team in making sure the
organization is ready for the SAP implementation.





Skills required include:

·         Responsible for the end-to-end global fixed assets process and
delivery of new systems, enhancements, and upgrades.  Sets performance
objectives and measures against key process indicators.

·         Leads the implementation of Juniper’s new fixed assets system
during the following phases: user requirements gathering, gap analysis,
system design, testing, training, deployment, and ongoing post-production
user support.

·         Provides ongoing support to the Shared Services organization and
Tax for the existing fixed assets system.

·         Creates process documentation, training materials, and other
change management communication materials.

·         Understands general business operations and internal control
concepts.  Develops, analyzes, and reviews new and existing business
processes.

·         Partners, coordinates, and communicates with cross-functional
teams, including internal customers, IT, and other third-party
consultants.

·         Creates business cases, project charters, business requirement
documents, test scenarios and test scripts, system roadmaps, quarterly and
annual prioritization of initiatives, weekly team status reports, and
global updates to key business partners.

·         Manages projects and project team members from various parts of
the organizations that are spread across different geographies.

·         Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources,
identifies gaps, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information
into details, and drives decision-making.

·         Researches and applies best practices.  Offers guidance and
recommendations by identifying areas for improvement and potential
solutions.
