Project Summary*
Scope of the project involves development services in the prime Brokerage –
Securities Lending and Equities Domain. This includes new functionalities,
regulatory projects and other enhancements. Project is executed in a global
delivery model including business center in NY, offshore team and other
stakeholders located globally

Responsibilities:*
Intermediate to Senior Java Developer
Maintenance and Development ( 2 roles will be maintenance oriented, 1
toward development )
Good understanding of data
Good analytical and software engineering skills
Work in a team along with remote team, other teams
Strong communication, influencing, networking to interface with business
and other stakeholders
Domain – Prime Brokerage –Involves understanding of products in equities,
securities, securities lending, basket of equities / synthetics )
Project – maintenance, enhancements, regulatory projects
*ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED*
*7 + years’ experience in the least
Java\J2EE resource ( as above )
5 + years’ experience with Sybase/Oracle
3+ years Investment Banking / Capital Markets*
