Responsibilities:**

The responsibilities for this role extend primarily to the Oracle EBS
Release 12 Upgrade project currently in flight. The Oracle Business Analyst
serves as a liaison between the Finance function and IT to provide
technical and business solutions that will match existing business needs to
the new functionality in the new Release 12 environment. Under general
supervision, for the application areas in scope, this role will
• Assess business impacts presented by the upgrade to Release 12
• Identify solutions and prepare functional specifications for
the retro-fit of functionality or tools
• Develop and document expert knowledge of the business unit(s)
supported
• Create test plans and support test planning and execution
• Communicate to business partners the functional changes
related to the upgrade of Release 12
• Create/revise existing job aids
• Support the production deployment
• Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:**
• 5-7 years implementing and supporting Oracle EBS (specifically
v12) with a concentration in Financials ( GL, AP, FA – in that order)
• Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience.
• Deep Release 12 Oracle General Ledger, Desktop ADI, Web ADI,
General Ledger Inbound and Outbound interfaces knowledge is *REQUIRED*
• Demonstrates solid knowledge of the principles, concepts and
theories in the finance discipline.
• General knowledge and understanding of Purchase to Pay, Order
to Cash and Human Resource processes.
• Has developed strong business knowledge in area discipline and
keeps current on industry trends
• Works well in high energy mid to large projects
• Able to lead small sub-teams or work streams in support of
project managers
• Recognized as a subject matter expert
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal
mediums
• Strong documentation skills
