Direct areas of responsibilities include Voice and Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions. Strong knowledge in related technology areas such as Voice Mail, Voice Recording, Contact Center, IP Network, Network Appliance, Video and Transport technologies (Switched Voice, IP, SIP, etc.) is critical.
