*Role: Sr. Test Analyst*
*Location: Thousand Oaks, CA*
*Duration: 6 months*
*Job Responsibilities:*
· Fast, self-directed learner with strong analysis skills
· Ability to work with and communicate effectively with various
businesses, technical resources located in US and India.
· Mainframe test expertise (DB2, IMS DB and IMS DC is a plus)
· Creating testing LOEs for projects and individual/team tasks
· Creating test cases and test plans for projects
· Experience representing business owners and acting as a business
advocate within the testing cycle
· Comfortable with participating in and leading extended conference
calls with multiple participants (sometimes including leadership) and
providing real time status updates
· Strong English verbal and written communication skills, including
status reporting
· Ability to capture test metrics and report to senior management
· High attention to detail and quality while also being able to
understand the bigger picture
· Ability and curiosity to quickly learn business requirements and
processes.
· Ease/flexibility of switching gears as project needs/tasks change
· Tolerance for and ability to meet deadlines with little direction
and with high ambiguity
· Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes/workflows
· Ability to consistently follow process while also thinking
outside of the box to leverage ideas for process improvement
· Ability to proactively self-manage work with a high sense of
accountability
· Ability to maintain a positive attitude, maintain composure, and
be a team player during periods of stress/high ambiguity
· Healthcare industry experience is a plus
· Awareness of Lean SDLC project life cycle, RQM is a plus
