Need someone who can talk and understand the business need, navigate their way through data, understand relevant patterns of interest, collect/synthesize and disseminate in a meaningful way 4. SQL is essential. Database skills are important. Shell scripting will be helpful. But this is essentially on the data archeology side. 5. Need to be able to conduct meetings, model data, do presentations, document mappings and transformations 6. Prior experience in the Telecommunication domain will be a major plus. 7. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology degree or equivalent expertise and industry experience. 8. Basic knowledge of hadoop is a plus 9.
