Diagrams, State Transition Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, other Dynamic and
Static Modeling Techniques
· Perform Business Process Modeling and Improvement
· Design process/ programs to automate Test Scripts Creation from
Models
· Apply techniques like Orthogonal Array, Risk based Testing etc.
to determine optimum no. of Test Cases to be used
· Design & Implement concepts of Model Based Testing
· Design & Implement Lean workflow in TCOE
· Effectively Manage Reusable Components (Test Cases, Test Scripts,
And Best Practices etc.)
· Ensure the use of Reusable components related to QA/ Testing
Objects/ Scripts etc.
· Mentor and Train Testing Resources on different areas of Test
Optimization
Technical Background
· Experience in Requirements Management
· Experience in Configuration & Change Management
· Experience in Modeling Techniques
· Experience in Process & Workflow Development
· Experience in Lean Methodology
· Experience in Orthogonal Array & Statistical Design techniques
