The tools that are a must Selenium Webdriver and Selenium RC
*Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred*
*Experience: *
5 years or more of experience with QA Testing (or education / understanding
of software QA and development cycle)
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are required
Knowledge of software development concepts (SDLC, basic coding)
Knowledge of JIRA or any other bug tracking tools
Experience with automation required, Selenium RC / webdriver in C# or Java
a plus.

*Responsibilities:*
The Quality Assurance Analyst will be performing the following tasks:
- Perform exploratory testing on Incapital software and webpage (both are
web based software)
- Logging incidents in the bug tracking tool JIRA
- Verify incidents developed
- Perform other kind of testing as needed (functional, requirements, DB,
performance ...)
- Communicate with the Business Analysts and the Developers to
understand/clarify requirements
- Willingness to learn Automation using Selenium RC / webdriver with C#
(running and do some simple development) and build upon the existing one.
- Assist with other project related tasks as necessary
