Must-haves *
Engaging and excited personality with a strong desire to learn through both
structured formal education and self-directed activities
Experience working on web-based projects that have progressed through the
full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Ability to facilitate user business needs and requirements sessions, and
articulate these requirements to the project team, and develop Requirement
Documentation (design mock ups)
Ability to work closely and effectively with users and internal project
teams while building strong relationships.
Experience with Microsoft Office toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project,
Visio, etc.)
Willingness to take on additional assignments as required and support the
project team.

Insurance Industry domain knowledge (to have credibility with business
users and be able to work effectively with them)
Experience working within an Agile Development Methodology

Our client is looking to bring on an experienced IT Business Analyst, who
can utilize prior experience to facilitate meetings with the business users
and create the technical documentation using the Microsoft Office Toolset.
They’ll spend the first few weeks being brought up to speed on current
business processes and workflow throughout our client’s various business
units/departments. They’ll be working on several different SDLC projects at
once.
