Location: Bothell, WA
Duration: 6+ Months
Minimum Required Skills / Competencies: Experience / Qualifications:*
Salesforce.com Administrator Certified
Required skills include the creation, modification or maintenance of:
reports/dashboards, data import/export and mapping, users, list views,
email templates, system configuration, data loader etc.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills for fostering solid working
relations with internal customers (sales reps. and other end users,
business sales leadership, operations, etc.) and partner vendors.
Applies and provides examples of best practice techniques for
Salesforce.com configuration, user management, system management, data
management, reporting, etc.
Thoroughly demonstrated ability to conceptualize, document,
configure/develop/test/deploy, and communicate Salesforce.com solutions to
meet or exceed business objectives.
Ability to define requirements and apply to existing system functionality,
strategically solving for both the foundational infrastructure as well as
longer term goals.
Provide alternatives for system configuration changes, system data changes
(validation, reporting, etc.).
Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce to upstream and
downstream applications, systems and processes.
Ability to plan, facilitate and participate in working sessions with
cross-functional resources; including training sessions.
Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage time, prioritize work,
multi-task across many assignments and create deliverables.
Able to work independently and problem solve effectively with possibly
minimal direction or structure.
*Preferred skills: Desired Experience:*
Salesforce.com Developer, Architect and/or Sales Cloud Consultant Certified
BA/BS or higher in a business related or relevant area of study
Experience with lead generation providers (e.g. Data.com, OneSource etc.).
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Eloqua, Pardot etc.).
Experience working in the wireless telecommunications industry.
Experience data modeling
