*Skill Set:*
· Senior system analyst with 6+ years Core Java experience.
· Communication L3 or above with prior lead experience handling a
team of 10-15 team members

*Technical experience:*
• Core Java experienced people (Java/J2EE) with hands on experience in
below specific areas
• WebSphere Application Server 7.0 or higher
• Frameworks – EJB 2.1 or higher, Hibernate
• Knowledge of SOA, messages queues and related technologies
• Knowledge of IBM Rational ClearCase
Knowledge of SQL - RDBMS like Oracle, Sybase or SQL Server
