• SAP Sales and Distribution expertise and process documentation skills
• Good client facing experience
• Good Communication skills
• Experience with solution manager and service desk @ solution manager
• Exposure to SAP PI and Integration
*RESPONSIBILITIES*:
Responsible for resolving SAP SD AFS issues reported by business
*EXPECTED DELIVERABLES*:
Incident resolution/Change Requests/Minor enhancements
