Job Description:*
The Lead is responsible for developing and executing activities related to
end-to-end application portfolio operations management, including
maintenance, support and application development plans and estimates,
scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. They
proactively manage work across geographies and client / Accenture teams as
appropriate. They monitor and report on execution of maintenance and
support activities; in addition to development SDLC deliverables through
all program/project phases as warranted. This role is responsible to ensure
the overall quality of the services rendered and acts as the primary
initial escalation point of contact.
Manage the maintenance, support and development activities associated with
Data Warehousing, Decision Systems Support, Campaign Management application
portfolio within the hotel hospitality industry.
Proactively manage and monitor execution of services rendered within
application maintenance and support (operations) & the deliverables
associated with enhancements.
Be familiar with the Operations Industry standard reporting & governance
processes related to application maintenance and support.
Understand the services operating model & related processes, roles and
responsibilities - the business value of the services solution, resources
leveraged, tools blueprint that enables the services, and how it fits with
the overall organizational architecture or business operations; Be Aware of
Risks inherent in the solution and work to mitigate.
Ensure that internal and external operations resources with appropriate
skill sets are provided.
*Skills Requirements: *
Minimum of 4+ years of experience using the following technology:
SAS, SQL, Unica and Campaign Mgmt, experience in Software Delivery
Lifecycle (Custom Development, Interface Development, Agile Methods), ITIL
(Service Management), BMC Remedy, MS Project Server, Defect Management
Minimum of 2+ years of Project Management experience
4 + years of experience with Rewards/Loyalty Domain
