*Job Description:
*The ITSM Expert performs, but is not limited to, the following
responsibilities
Partner with Advisors on analysis of the current ITSM roadmap and ETC OEPC
plans for development and deployment of ITSM processes. Define
opportunities for to progress maturity of ITSM processes across all iField
development and deployment projects during 2014. Deliverable will be an MS
Word document describing those opportunities and an accompanying PowerPoint
slide deck for use in presentations.
Partner with Advisors to develop an ITSM Process 2014 – 2016 Shaping Plan.
Deliverable will be a completed single page shaping plan in MS PowerPoint
Assist Advisors with review and editing of ITSM Process Guides.
